Create a three-part clevis hinge displayed assembled. All units mm. Clevis base centered in XY: 40 x 30 x 5, z=0..5. Two ears occupy x=-15..-10 and x=10..15; each side profile in YZ is a 20 wide rectangle from z=5..20 capped by an upper semicircle radius 10 centered y=0,z=20. Each ear has a through bore diameter 6.4 along X at y=0,z=20. Middle lug thickness 19 along X, same 20-wide round-ended profile, extends downward only to z=8 and upward to z=30, bore diameter 6.4 on the same axis. Pin diameter 6, extends x=-17..17; integral diameter 10, thickness 2 head at x=-19..-17. Keep the three components separate; no intersections between them. Export STEP assembly and combined STL. Length tolerance 0.1 mm; preserve the specified clearances.
