Create a matched screw and nut, in millimetres. Screw axis +Z: shank z=0..20, external thread major diameter 6, pitch 1, right handed, 60 degree included flank angle, minor diameter 4.77. Thread spans z=1..19 with 1 mm runouts. Hex head z=20..24, across flats 10; top perimeter chamfer 0.5 mm at 45 degrees. Nut height 5, across flats 10, axis +Z, bottom z=0; matching right-handed helical internal thread, pitch 1, internal crest diameter 5.17 and root diameter 6.4. Chamfer nut top/bottom exterior edges 0.4 mm. Show nut separately with its axis at x=16,y=0. Threads must be genuine continuous helices, not rings. This explicitly dimensioned teaching pair is not a claim of compliance with a manufacturing standard. Export the two parts as a STEP assembly and one combined display STL. Tolerance for specified lengths: 0.1 mm.
